About AnnAncient & Sacred Sites Tours is owned and operated by Ann Mason
Over the past 30 years I have been living in Australia and have now decided to return to the UK to look for new opportunities and travel with my partner Richard Mason. This allows me grow Ancient Sacred Sites Tours to journey to other parts of the world. I am very excited I now have a new tour to Ancient Egypt so that will allow spiritual travelers to get in touch with the sacred temples of Egypt.
During the 1980s Ann's interest in natural therapies, astrology, tarot, meditation and spiritual healing grew, and she became aware of the need to move away from the commercial world.
In 1992 Ann obtained both a Diploma of Aromatherapy and a Certificate in Flower Essence Therapy. Subsequently in 1993 she joined the International Federation of Aromatherapist (IFA) and in 1996, became Treasurer of the IFA National Council. While serving on Council Ann was elected as Director of National Council of Massage & Allied Practitioner, positions she held until she retired in March 2000.
In 1988 Ann began teaching and conducting workshops and classes in Aromatherapy, Spiritual and Psychic Development, Meditation and Tarot. During that time she was also running her own business retailing books and essential oils. In 1996 she obtained her Reiki 1 and 2 certificates and in 1997 went on to become a Reiki and Seichim Master. Since then Ann has held workshops in Reiki I & 2, and maintains a clinic in Aromatherapy and Reiki.
Born and raised in Wiltshire, England, Ann has always been interested in her Ancient and Celtic heritage which has now drawn her to Druidry. She is at present studying in the Bardic Grade of The Order of Bards Ovates and Druids. (UK order). Over the next few years she will gradually progress into the Druid Grade.
Ann has always had a love of travel, ancient sites and working with individuals or groups. Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours offers the opportunity to combine these three elements and share with you her knowledge and passion of these areas.
